Parents, teachers, districts purchase STARR supplies for test prep, state advises caution
While students prepare, educators and parents are doing what they can to try and boost scores on the tests that state officials say will be more difficult. They are finding no shortage of STARR supplements for sale. In stores and on the internet there are workbooks, guides and other materials being sold to help prepare students.
