Regents exams no longer enough to measure student readiness, educators say

It's time for New York's entrenched Regents exams, so familiar to generation after generation of high school students, to come down from their pedestal. Educators who gathered in Harrison on Monday generally agreed that students should be able to earn a high school diploma by means other than passing five Regents exams and a set of course requirements.
