Xavier attorney: Fulcher withheld information

Xavier Charter School’s reasoning for suspending Principal Cindy Fulcher came to light Wednesday in a day-long public hearing to determine whether she’ll keep her job at the Twin Falls charter school. Xavier attorney Diane Tappen said the main source of conflict between Xavier’s board and its principal centered on Fulcher’s decision to withhold information about a potential hire while she sought trustee approval. Fulcher was placed on paid administrative leave in August and later sued the school’s board in an attempt to keep it from firing her.
