A new charter school in Jerome is opting to offer students a different type of learning by focusing on building their strengths in order to improve their weaknesses. But Jeromes public schools chief is concerned about what losing students may do to his district. In recent years, a charter school opening led to funding issues for the Gooding School District just down the road, as that district lost students and funds.
