New law raises questions about school funding, seminary
Some Utahns are questioning why school districts continue to receive money for the time students spend in seminary, saying it’s causing problems for families hoping to enroll their kids in new online classes. The State Office of Education, however, says districts are merely following the law, a point discussed with district superintendents Monday.
