How have Massachusetts school districts spent their $2.5 billion in federal COVID funds? Mostly, they still haven’t.

With just over two years remaining to use that money, Massachusetts districts have spent about $737 million, or 28.6 percent, according to state data on reimbursed spending as of June 7.
