We read the stories: Children as young as 10 years old killing themselves because they cannot take the bullying at school any more. Equally horrifying, a child taking a gun to school because they cannot take the bullying anymore, and killing classmates before turning the guns on themselves. I have heard from parents from several San Luis Valley school districts who say they don't know what to do. They have complained about bullying to their child's teacher, principal and/or district administration, yet the harassment of their child continues unabated.
