Pa. House bid to offer parents COVID escape hatch from public schools fails
The state House on Tuesday rejected an amendment that would have created a one-year window for parents to use public dollars to escape public schools if they are unhappy with the way COVID-19 mitigation measures are being implemented within their local school district.
