'Teaching interns' help lacking schools
Three months ago, at age 54, Jeffery O'Keefe embarked on the career of his dreams. Not running a multinational corporation or coaching a professional sports team -- although he does toss around a football fairly often throughout the day while teaching and coaching at Apache Junction High School.
