Worcester elementary schools may flex in help for kids
The city’s elementary schools are offering extra academic help in a different way now that they have more flexibility under the state’s No Child Left Behind waiver.

MA NCLB waiver gives cities flexibility to offer different types of help to students. Waiver allows schools to use Title I money as they see fit instead of prescribed. No mention if flexibility is working to help educate students better or if districts just like freedom.
