Virtual schooling offers tuition-free education, but it’s not for everyone
Like most high school students, Ashley and Blair Roy are enjoying their last free days of summer before school starts on Monday. These teen sisters are part of a small but growing number of Texas students who are getting a free public education, taught by state-certified teachers, without ever stepping into a school building.
