McDowell Intermediate leader named principal of year

Now, starting her 10th year as principal at McDowell Intermediate High School and her 35th year in the district, Williams wants to make it even better. That ambition, along with her work with students, parents and teachers at the school, helped Williams win the 2012 Pennsylvania High School Principal of the Year award from the Pennsylvania Association of Elementary and Secondary School Principals.
