Up to 150 Memphis City Schools teachers face firing
Between 130 and 150 Memphis City Schools teachers are being recommended for termination for poor performance -- three times the number who lost their jobs for any reason last year.

As many as 150 Memphis (TN) City Schools teachers may lose their jobs because of poor evals. Union reaction and complaints here. Notes number actually let go is small percentage of low ranked. Need more on why some to get help and stay on job.
