CPS sells 11 old schools to highest bidders
All but two of the 13 old Cincinnati Public Schools – including the famed School for Creative and Performing Arts building in Pendleton – and an unneeded parcel of district-owned land sold in an online auction Thursday. The sales, once finalized, will net the district $3.5 million. CPS would not divulge whom the buyers are pending a 30-day waiting period, after which the deals will be final.
