Groups to run state scholarship program announced
The first list of organizations that will administer the state's new Opportunity Scholarship program has been unveiled. The new program will use donations from private businesses to fund scholarships for students in the state's worst-performing schools. The businesses receive tax credits in exchange for their donations.
