Pulaski High School's Kim Noe mixes technology, fun in English classroom

In her fifth year as an English teacher at Pulaski High School, Noe has turned the heads of students, parents and colleagues with a teaching philosophy that embraces technology and personal connections. Noe designed and led a new 21st century English course for juniors this year — English 11 —which integrates hands-on learning with modern technology and collaboration. For her work in the classroom, Noe received a 2011 Golden Apple award through the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s Partners in Education program.
