How teacher union support could sway the Chicago mayor’s race

Classes at four Chicago International Charter School campuses were on hold. CTU polling data showed the labor group carried substantial public support. And now Toni Preckwinkle, the county board president and a top contender in the city election, had released a campaign ad to tout the mayoral hopeful’s teaching career.
