Gov. Chris Christie's proposed budget would keep state aid to municipalities relatively flat, increase school funding by $250 million and asks public workers to increase their health care contributions, among other measures. Democratic legislators representing the 14th District reacted coolly to Christie's spending plan, with state Sen. Linda Greenstein saying "the devil is in the details."
