Colleges set bar for remedial classes
Ohio’s public colleges and universities have agreed to minimum ACT and SAT scores that will guarantee students don’t have to take remedial courses that cost them money but don’t count for credit.

OH sets target for ACT/SAT scores that guarantees students won't have to take remedial courses. Understanding that high schools have to better prepare students, but what that entails is unexplored.
