Carroll High students offered school choice because of low test

Parents of students at Carroll High School will have the option to send their students to either Neville or Wossman High School for the 2011-12 school year. Carroll High School failed the ELA subgroup component in 2010-11 after passing it in 2009-10. State statute requires that a school meet adequate yearly progress in the subject failed for two consecutive years.
